Outpatient services may include individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and medication management. Community-based programs often emphasize accessibility and ongoing support, helping individuals manage symptoms, build coping skills, and maintain stability while continuing daily responsibilities such as work, school, or family life.
This level of care is often recommended for individuals who need consistent support but do not require intensive or residential treatment.

Intensive treatment programs offer a higher level of support than standard outpatient care while still allowing individuals to return home each day.
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) typically involve multiple therapy sessions per week and focus on structured treatment, skill development, and symptom management.
